WHAT WE DO
Built on a Rock is a platform dedicated to offering an opportunity to recovering trafficking victims and people at risk of exploitation to learn new skills and earn a decent living. Through the collaboration with partnering organisations, we aim to promote and support individuals working in safe and nurturing environments, as well as providing valuable vocational skills trainings that allow them to heal and thrive, whilst teaching them accountability and autonomy.
WHY WE DO IT
We live in a morally bankrupt culture where instant gratification is expected. And there is child that hasn’t been born yet that will fall victim of this system, whether it’s on the demand or the supply side. We believe that people should be building a life they don’t need to escape from. And the way to do that is by changing the mindset of people; by building healthy relationships; healthy families. Because healthy families are the foundation of healthy nations.
